We offer international shipping worldwide via Fedex. Delivery times are typically between 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination country.

If you'd like to combine shipping on multiple types of items, please select Shipping Quote via Email as the shipping option and we will send you a separate invoice for the discounted shipping price.

Please note that all customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If any duties are incurred upon the arrival of a parcel into your destination country, your local shipping carrier will contact you regarding payment. These charges vary depending on the destination country and the value of the parcel. For more information regarding these potential fees and taxes, visit the customs website of your country.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a refund within 7 days of you receiving the gemstone. A refund can only be processed once the gem has been received by Magus Gems and inspected to be in its original condition of purchase.
Return shipping and return customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact us before returning a gemstone for refund or exchange so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that we do not accept returns on gemstones that have been cut to order, custom-made jewelry, books, shirts, and canvas prints.
